Shipping policy

All prices shown on the Website are exclusive of any customs duties, import VAT or any other charges levied by local governments on international parcels. Except where stated otherwise, the Customer is the importer of record and as such is responsible for paying these charges if applicable. These charges are not covered or reimbursed by us.

Any refund made under this Agreement will, except where the refund is made as a result of the relevant Item being defective, have deducted from it the charges that the Payment Partner levies in making the refund payment.
